At Ishkhan Aviation, we strive to provide the highest quality training and education services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established the following refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness.
Non-refundable: All application and registration fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of your admission or enrollment status.
Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation request:

Within 7 days of payment and before course start | 75% refund of course fee |
After 7 days but before course start | 50% refund of course fee |
After course has started | No refund available |
Note: Refunds exclude taxes, processing charges, or material costs already incurred.
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:
Submit a written request to admissions@ishkhanaviationacademy.com
Include your full name, contact number, course name, and reason for refund
Allow 7–14 working days for review and processing
Approved refunds will be credited via the original method of payment.
If Ishkhan Aviation cancels or postpones a course for any reason:
Students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another batch
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days
Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:
Dismissal due to disciplinary actions or attendance issues
Non-attendance without prior cancellation
Failure to complete course requirements
